YouTube has changed its configurations recently, that is why you're experiencing the CAPTCHA problem.
There is a workaround for you.
First check if you're using the current version. Use the links below:
If the issue persists on the new version too, try the following, please:
- launch the DVDVideoSoft app and go to Tools - Options - Advanced - Get Cookies from. What browser is currently set?
- launch this browser on your PC and go to Settings - Privacy and Security - Clear cookies
- remove the cookie files
- now go back to YouTube to copy the link for downloading
- add it to the program window of your DVDVideoSoft app
- click Download.
